EXCUSE REMINDER FROM THE DESK OF MS. FULLARD

Have you turned in your child's excuse?

Excuse Reminders:

• You must send in an excuse within 5 days of returning to school.
• Excuses can be a doctor's excuse or a written parent note.
• It must state reason for absence.
• It must be signed by parent or guardian.
• Only 10 parent excuses are allowed during the school year.
• After 3 absences without a doctor or parent note, the child will be placed on a Truancy Intervention Plan.
